Course Overview

Vocational training instructors play an important role in developing Cyprus human resources and increasing productivity. This specific program aims to develop certified vocational training instructors regardless of subject based on the HRDA standard “Vocational Training Instructor Level 5”.

Seminar Content

The program aims to prepare prospective instructors through the long-term program.

The program path includes:

Lecture and presentation of new knowledge
Practical training
Practice of microteaching
Preparation of special work
Design implementation and evaluation of programs

Units:

Unit 1: Introduction
Unit 2: Diagnosing of training programs
Unit 3: Design of training programs
Unit 4: Implementation of training programs
Unit 5: Evaluation of training programs
Unit 6: Microteaching

Who Should Attend

The program is aiming at people who wish to become trainers and do not have training experience or have very little, but want to be properly trained before proceeding with the process of their evaluation by HRDA.
